From an early age I have been playing with electronics and computers. I remember getting robotic kits and building my own computer as far back as elementary school. In college I went on to get bachelors degrees in both Electrical and Computer Engineering, and then continued on for a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. Professionally, I have worked on embedded systems at Micron Technology, autonomous robots at Bastian Solutions, and currently work on medical devices at Baxter International.

Outside of work, I have been an avid rock climber for over 20 years, and have traveled to remote mountain ranges all around the world for climbing. I also enjoy trail running, and have completed 12 races of 100+ miles. During the weekends you will often find me out in the mountains with my wife staying in a campervan that I built out.
