Please complete the following steps to make sure our teams have what they need to prepare for your arrival and performance.
STEP 1
Tell us about your band members, how to contact you day of show, your travel plans, and your stage plot/input list/band set up for the production team – DEADLINE MARCH 5TH.
STEP 2
Download your venue packet so you have your day of show contact, venue address, load-in / parking details, and other useful information that will help you navigate your way through the festival. Please also reach out to your advance contact with any questions you may have regarding load in, line checks, etc…
