Mike Taylor is a Senior UX Content Designer at Equifax who geeks out over content strategy, and making digital experiences less painful for actual humans (and AI). With a background in technical communication, marketing, UX writing, structured content, and web accessibility, they spend their days wrangling text strings, streamlining content workflows, and figuring out where and how AI will fit in or replace various aspects of his job.

He has also been an organizer of Hackfort for 6 or so years, and was the Director of Hackfort in 2024.
