Molly Zimmer is the director of the Emerging Technologies team at St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, Idaho. She is an experienced healthcare technology leader, presenter, and facilitator who loves connecting people and ideas to make a bigger impact.

In her current role, she leads the AI Center of Excellence and chairs the AI Advisory Council, working to ensure responsible AI adoption at St. Luke’s. She also oversees the Emerging Technologies Lab, a safe space for technology testing and hands-on feedback from patients and clinicians.

Molly is a co-founder of Health Tech Idaho and loves to support Boise’s innovation ecosystem and local entrepreneurs.
