I am a nationally recognized writer/editor/content specialist with 26 years of professional experience. Over the course of my career, I have written approximately 6,900 cover stories, artist interviews, features, news reports, album and concert reviews, and columns. Credits include FLOOD, New York Magazine/Vulture, New Noise, Treble, RollingStone.com, Boise and Meridian CityLife, Edible Idaho, Greenbelt Magazine, Idaho Family Magazine, Idaho Business Review, Alternative Press, Thrasher, MTV.com, FILTER, LexisNexis, BBC.com, The Bad Penny and other outlets. Additionally, I appeared on NPR for a segment on a then-young artist named Bright Eyes, was quoted as an authority on music in USA Today, hosted a roundtable with the creators of "The Daily Show" at Politicon, was a featured speaker at UCLA and the Idaho Writers Guild Conference, and taught a month-long course at Boise State University's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute on the evolution of rock and roll from Elvis Presley to Jimi Hendrix.
