Leigh Bezezekoff
Leigh Bezezekoff is a longtime marketing professional, artist manager, and music industry advocate based in the Pacific Northwest. Over the past two decades, she has built a career helping artists and cultural organizations grow sustainable careers through thoughtful strategy, community-building, and creative storytelling.
Leigh has worked across many corners of the independent music ecosystem, including roles and collaborations with beloved Seattle institutions such as The Tractor Tavern, Bumbershoot, and KEXP. Her work has spanned marketing, programming, artist development, and management, giving her a deep understanding of how artists, venues, and audiences connect.
In addition to managing artists and advising creative projects, Leigh currently serves as Co-Director of Washington Nightlife & Music Association, where she helps lead statewide initiatives supporting artists, venues, and music workers. Her work includes advocacy, research, and programs designed to strengthen Washington’s music ecosystem and improve economic stability for creative professionals.
