Andrew Hove has nearly a decade of experience in the music industry. Initially working for boutique record labels in Los Angeles, he was able to get a deep understanding of how to work closely with artists and grow a small business. He then moved to Virgin Music Group, where he gained hands-on experience in global distribution, managing releases for label partners such as ATO, FADER, 10K Projects, Photo Finish, and more. In his current role leading UnitedMasters’ new Label Services division, Andrew is responsible for onboarding independent label partners and managing their long-term development. He works closely with labels of all sizes, territories, and sounds, providing the tools, strategic guidance, and operational support needed to build sustainable businesses and succeed in an evolving global music landscape.
