RADIANT HEART FLOW

Truth (or dharma) is not something we find outside of ourselves. It is always present within, at our innermost core, our spiritual heart.

Through meditative vinyasa flow with Marcy Midnight and Brian Louderbough, conscious breath and careful attention we will journey from our outermost layer, physical and practical lives, to our innermost layer, heart and soul; where we learn to listen to the intelligence of the body and allow the wisdom of the heart to radiate from our center to periphery into truth and purpose.

BE FREE WHERE YOU ARE

This yoga class is an accessible, adaptive yoga practice for people with bodies of all shapes, sizes, and abilities.

Teresa Crowley, Nicole Beall and Sana Cissokho will guide you through a moving conversation to help you feel at peace in your mind, in your heart and with your body. This is a true all levels class.

VIBE + FLOW

Empower your body and mind in this 75-minute yoga flow and meditation with trained wellness leaders Genevieve Nutting-Howarth and Lauren Lee. With DJ IMMS dropping beats that’ll welcome your body to groove and your mind to release stress, this is for anyone who wants to fully embrace their body, have fun moving and express themselves in this dynamic yoga & meditation class.

PUNK PRAYERS

Punk Prayers is led by artist, musician and yoga teacher Fox Whitney and desert-synth project Yuccas. In this class he offers queer guided meditations, yoga for all levels and dance exercises to shake off the haters. This class invites you to connect with your body, mind and breath by blending Hatha yoga, dance and meditation practices that explore the spectrum of rest to riot.

Fox will guide you through visualizations and sequences intended to build strength and flexibility in the body and ease in the mind using an alignment and liberation centered approach. Warm up your punk a$$ while practicing pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (poses), guided meditations and structured dance exercises you can break out at a show later on. There’s no way to do this wrong. Come as you are.

EXPERIENCE MIND-BODY BALANCE

What are the key ingredients to mind-body balance? How do you know where you have it, or don’t have it? This class will answer those questions – though experiencing the body-mind connection and the Self as a living, breathing organism you will regulate your nervous system in just the right way after days of festival life. Guidance by Marisa Radha Weppner and live music by East Forest will make this journey all the more special. All levels and abilities are welcome.

REST & RESTORE: ADULT NAP TIME

Our bodies, a.k.a. meat suits, are wired to bring about balance and restoration from within when we bring focused attention to the task at hand. Tap into your body’s innate wisdom through the power of Yoga Nidra, an ancient practice that allows us to plug into our own ability to bring about rest, balance and wellbeing.

This 60 minute class, taught by Jackie Sorenson and curated to pre-recorded music from Treefort musicians, will begin with gentle movement to relax and soothe our bodies. We’ll then find cozy stillness as we lie down supported by blankets & comfy props and go on an inner journey through guided meditation. Once finished, you’ll feel like you just had 2-4 hours of restful sleep.

THE DANCE COMMANDER EXPERIENCE

This dance experience, led by the Dancer Commander Celeste Bolin and tunes by Deeveaux, is born out of a deep mission to facilitate dance as a movement practice accessible to everyone.

Dancing reminds us it is okay to have fun and our bodies have a natural rhythm just begging to sweat for joy on a dance floor! Repeated choreography is crafted to high-energy music and broken down in an easy-to-follow format. The idea is you learn the steps and then stop thinking about them—as in, get out of your head and into your body. This class is appropriate for all levels of movers and shakers!

KEGFIT

KegFit Live is a “go at your own pace” circuit training workout…but here is the kicker. You’re in the back of a brewery with a live DJ, three, 10-minute rounds using empty Woodland Empire kegs for a bit of weight, if so desired.

The final round is a Woodland Empire “recovery beer” or your favorite non-alcoholic beverage. You can go at your own pace, push yourself, chat with new/old friends, take a nap, it’s all up to you to decide what you want out of the workout. KegFit is designed for all levels of fitness by Dirk Manley and Alpine Made. All you need is your workout clothes, including your fav sneaks.

Yogafort 2022 theme: music videos! Dress up as your favorite music video from any era: 90’s grunge, 80’s hip hop, hair metal…whatever the kids are listening to these days! Oh, and any Britney Spears music video!

INCLUSIVE YOGA

Inclusive Yoga, taught by Ali Moto and Anna May, is intended to deepen your understanding of yoga and its psychosomatic benefits.

You will gain a better understanding of the brain/body interconnection. And, understand why yoga and breathing are so important to overall health and essential for mental health. You’ll walk away feeling calm, restored, and with a greater understanding of neuroplasticity, vagal tone and self-empowerment. Anyone can attend this class. No experience necessary.

THE PATH TO POSE

Together we will celebrate the physicality of our body, unfold the power of our breath and cultivate a deeper connection within. The Path to Pose with Mary Mandell is an upbeat, but intentional practice with modifications for all levels of practice. In this safe space, there is the opportunity to explore and enjoy one’s own practice by finding The Path to Pose.

In this class you will celebrate your strength, celebrate your range of motion, find the beauty and power of your breath and connect to your power within.

INTRO TO ACRO YOGA

Acro yoga combines both acrobatics and traditional yoga. Typically a base, someone lifting and supporting, a flyer, someone that holds poses mid-air, and a spotter, someone who ensures the safety of the maneuver, work together to create beautiful poses and sequences of movement.

This class, taught by Jacob Ransom, will cover the basics for basing and flying, and some introductory acro yoga moves called bird, throne and star. No experience necessary, only a willingness to participate and communicate with others in a fun, safe environment.

DRIPP

DRIPP is an acronym that stands for Daily Rapture & Inner Peace Practice. Rapture: the feeling of intense pleasure or joy; Peace: freedom from suffering/chaos/shame/guilt; Pleasure: delighting in our five senses and human experience. Put those together and you get a practice that centers around the pursuit of our pleasure & joy that will guide our ability to heal & soften and liberate ourselves from suffering.

This DRIPP class, taught by Kayla Keller, creates safe spaces to learn and practice the skills and tools to develop and to build our own personal practices. We will explore the lightning pathway to healing and personal power through embracing our sexuality and sensuality. This personal practice then becomes a mindset and lifestyle. A way you see the world and move about it.

KIRTAN

The Hare Krishna Temple Band is a newly formed group devoted to Kirtan with Western influences. Many songs are call and response.

This format lends itself to a very lively and interactive experience with the audience. The main focus and meditations are on a higher power and a calling out to divinity. This practice is called Bhakti yoga.
