Zack Keim can find inspiration nearly anywhere. He wrote the hook for his 2022 single “Canyon” while driving around Washington, D.C. making food deliveries. The song soon blossomed into a buoyant folk-pop gem. In 2023, Keim followed up with “Better Days,” a nostalgic track blending his garage-rock roots with a “Ramones/Beach Boys-inspired vibe.” The song evokes longing for better times, a theme captured in the music video directed by Matt Costa. Keim spent 2022-2024 touring the U.S. and Europe, earning praise from SiriusXMU, Under The Radar, and Spotify. His album "Battery Lane" is out via Super Sport Records, the label founded by Evan Westfall of CAAMP. Keim’s live shows are known for their high energy, thanks to his band, including Jordan Clark (The Frights) on guitar.
