Ryan Delvin

Ryan Devlin is a musician from Seattle. He plays guitar, writes and sings songs in Smokey Brights. He also composes and plays the bass in the instrumental band mega cat. Both bands are fronted alongside his wife and writing partner Kim West. Additionally, Ryan and Kim operate The Tiger Room, a home studio in North Seattle where they’ve crafted soundtracks for film, video games, television, and podcasts. His early career was spent studying jazz and poetry at the University of Washington, as well as nationally touring in DIY punk bands. As a working musician, Ryan has taught songwriting at Cornish College of the Arts, was the talent buyer for Columbia City Theater, and produced concerts and parties for City Arts Magazine. He currently sits on the board of the Northwest chapter of the Recording Academy. Ryan lives in North Seattle with his wife Kim and their two Siamese cats, Tiny and Tina.
