Renato Rodríguez Durand, born in Lima in 1978, stands out as a visual artist, self-taught musician, cultural manager and music producer with more than 22 years of experience in the dissemination and preservation of sound art in the Arequipa region. Founder of the label "Sucio Records", he has produced phonographic records that cover diverse musical genres in collaboration with musicians from Arequipa. He is also the drummer of "Los Chapillacs". His outstanding career has been recognized in national and international publications, and his work has been documented in a television series. As organizer of the "SUBVOLCANICA" festival since 2016, Renato continues to promote and disseminate sound art in the region and beyond. Currently, he is preparing the second compilation release of "Sucio Records".
