Niles Abston has had success as a stand up comedian, as a writer and as a filmmaker. In stand up, he was named a 2024 Netflix is a Joke festival headliner after having Comedy Central's most viral stand up bit of 2022 and being a Vulture Magazine Comedian To Watch.

As a writer, his Season 3 episode of FX's DAVE was named one of the Hollywood Reporter's 10 Best TV Episodes of 2023 and his 2022 directorial debut "NOTICE TO QUIT" was named by Vulture Magazine as the "best comedy short we’ve seen in the past couple of years."

He recently starred in and produced the award winning short film “‘98 Honda” that won top comedy at HAHA Fest and has been officially selected by Montclair Film Festival and Bushwick Film Festival. Niles is currently a writer on Season 4 of Dan Harmon's animated series "Krapopolis" on FOX.
