Matt Rebar is a DJ and producer whose journey began at Boise State University, where he first started DJ'ing house parties and quickly became known for his ability to control energy and keep dance floors moving. What started as fun turned into an obsession, and soon he was diving deep into music production, sound design, and track curation. After hitting a creative wall in the studio, he realized he needed a bigger source of inspiration to push his sound forward.

That turning point came while studying abroad in the UK. Immersed in European club culture, Matt spent months raving across the UK and Europe, experiencing first-hand the minimal, deep tech, and deep house scenes in their natural environments — from intimate underground rooms to massive warehouse dance floors. Those nights reshaped how he understood DJ'ing and production: less about drops, more about groove; less about moments, more about journeys. He returned home with a clear vision and a sound rooted in hypnotic rhythms, subtle tension, and rolling blends.

Now back in the US, Matt Rebar is on a mission to bring that deeper European club experience to American dance floors. His sets are immersive, groove-driven journeys designed to pull crowds into a shared rhythm and keep them locked in from the first track to the last. With new music on the way this year and a refined minimal/deep tech sound, every Matt Rebar set is more than a performance — it’s an experience meant to be felt as much as heard.
