Maci Mattravers
Boise, ID
Maci Mattravers is a Boise-based singer-songwriter whose music bridges the intimacy of indie folk with the drive of folk-rock. Known for her lyrical honesty and warm, expressive vocals, Maci creates songs that feel both deeply personal and universally relatable. Inspired by artists like Joni Mitchell, Brandi Carlile, and Madison Cunningham, she blends storytelling with dynamic instrumentation to craft songs that resonate. Her debut EP, To The Bone (2024), began as a small independent project and quickly gained traction—earning over 50k streams. Later that year, she released her debut album, Back to the Garden, a ten-track collection of stripped-down, reflective pieces that showcased her roots in folk and acoustic songwriting.
After traveling to six countries over the past two years, Maci continues to find inspiration in new places, but she still calls Boise home. Her live shows often feature eclectic arrangements, blending the richness of saxophone, trombone, and bass clarinet with her budding folk-rock sound to create something both intimate and unexpected. Now, she’s entering a new chapter with her folk-rock album, All Things Considered, marking her first full step into a bigger, more dynamic sound while holding onto the heart and honesty that define her music.
