Lexi Jensen, RN, is a Manager on the emerging technologies team at St. Luke’s Health System. She specializes in helping teams design with intention—clarifying assumptions, elevating user needs, and fostering empathy throughout the innovation process. Lexi manages the operations of the system’s Emerging Technology Lab, a safe, real-world test environment where new technologies can be explored, validated, and optimized to improve the experiences of both patients and the workforce.

Beyond her work at St. Luke’s, Lexi is the co-founder of Health Tech Idaho, where she is passionate about building community, connecting innovators, and supporting local entrepreneurs with the resources they need to thrive.
