Jenn D’Eugenio is the founder of Women in Vinyl, a nonprofit dedicated to education, demystification, visibility, and expanding career pathways for underrepresented people in the vinyl industry. With nearly a decade of professional experience in vinyl manufacturing—and over 25 years as a vinyl enthusiast—Jenn has helped shape the industry’s future through advocacy, education, and hands-on expertise.
She is currently the Vice President of Gold Rush Vinyl and previously led sales and customer experience at Furnace Record Pressing. Jenn is also the author of Women in Vinyl: The Art of Making Vinyl, co-host of The Women in Vinyl Podcast and has over 50 copies of Black Sabbath's 'Master of Reality’
