🏠 Boise, ID Hudson Powder Company was formed in the summer of 2023. Originally, HPC was only meant to be a simple country act. It has turned into something else. What that “something else” is…is another question. There’s an old Jack Bruce song called “Theme for an Imaginary Western;” we wish we’d been the ones to think of that song’s title as a description for our sound. Because that’s what we’re aiming for, really: a sort of a film score to some movie that doesn’t exist. Hudson Powder Company consists of Cooper Lowry on guitar and vocals, Alexis Galvan on drums, Doug Rudeen on guitar, and Ricky Jones on bass.
