Guy Keltner is an American songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record label owner and festival curator currently based in Seattle, Washington. Since 2015, Keltner has been the primary songwriter and frontman of the psychedelic rock band Acid Tongue. To date the band has released four studio albums and six EPs, and has toured internationally. Keltner also performs in the Mexico City punk supergroup Mala Suerte, which features members of the Mexican punk bands Carrion Kids and Los Honey Rockets. In 2013, Keltner founded the Freakout Festival in Seattle, an annual event curating a mixture of psychedelic rock, garage, punk and underground music from around the world. Each year, the four day festival brings thousands of diehard rock fans to the Pacific Northwest, celebrating psychedelic rock legends, local Seattle icons and emerging artists from around the world. Freakout has also hosted events in New York City, Los Angeles, Portland, and has curated stages at SXSW and Treefort Music Fest.
