Dwight Pond brings more than three decades of IT leadership and executive advisory experience helping organizations align technology with business priorities and deliver results at scale. He most recently served as Senior IS Director at Trinity Health, a large national non-profit health system, where he led major technology initiatives spanning modernization, team performance, operational excellence, and risk-focused practices.

Previously, Dwight was Senior IS Director at Albertsons/SUPERVALU, supporting IT operations across a large workforce and thousands of retail locations. He also held leadership roles at IT consulting firms including CRI Advantage and Intermountain Technology Group.

Since leaving Trinity Health in 2023, Dwight has built Pond & Associates, LLC, a consulting company focused on bridging the business and IT—turning strategy into execution through practical operating models, strong teams, and effective delivery. He currently serves as a fractional executive for two companies (a data strategy firm and a dental equipment reseller), advising on strategy, operations, personnel development, and execution. Dwight’s current focus is enabling high-impact solutions that leverage emerging AI capabilities to improve performance, decision-making, and outcomes.
