My name is Daniel Olivo, I’m a first generation Mexican American from Weiser, Idaho. I studied at the University of Idaho and graduated with a Bachelors in Fine Arts in Studio Art + Design. In my art practice, I often draw upon my colorful culture and small town America roots to create work that is versatile and reflective of the different facets of me. When I’m not creating, I’m usually cackling with family, and friends. I also enjoy spending too much money on Lego sets that’ll just sit on my shelf and pretending like I’m on a reality tv show in my head.

A lot of my work is mixed media work, from traditional paints to digital design work. Some mediums I feel most comfortable in are Watercolor, Gouache, Oil, Acrylic, Sculpting, Screen Printing, and Digital Design. However, I often combine some of those mediums with unconventional materials to create works of art.
