cryshadow is a silly and sad noisy queer punk band that blends sounds of melodic hardcore, ska punk, folk punk, and experimental electronic music. Genrefluid, if you will.

What started as a solo project for laptop music and acoustic basement punk shows has grown into a full fledged punk band that has rocked Boise's DIY/Queer scene for the past year with energetic and chaotic live shows.

cryshadow sings about the queer experience of living in Idaho, speaking truth to power, dreaming of a better world and working towards it while relating to the personal struggles that come with it, especially bed rotting. It's not all downers though, they're guaranteed to get absolutely silly with it.
