Angela Monique Thomas is the owner of FIG Organic Ideation, a company that provides wellness workshops and 1:1 Ayurveda coaching services - she does this in addition to her day job as a Director of Corporate Innovation at an engineering consulting company. When not at work, you can find Angela running on the trails, practicing and teaching yoga + Ayurveda, rock climbing, skiing, hiking and whatever else involves being outside, adventurous, and enjoying what life and nature have to offer. Angela is RYT-500 yoga teacher and a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Coach currently working towards her Ayurvedic Health Counselor certification.
