ARTIST’S BIO: Heather von Rohr is a Brooklyn-based writer-director. Her 2025 short film "A Bird Came Down" is currently playing festivals, and she is developing her feature script of the same name to direct in 2027. Previously, Heather worked as an editor, and she was Emmy-nominated as a co-producer for a piece she cut for Dan Rather Reports. After becoming a mother, she turned her creative focus to writing screenplays and essays. Her writing has appeared in Filmmaker Magazine and the New York Times Modern Love column.
