As Treefort Music Fest’s culinary branch, Foodfort gathers local, regional, and national chefs, makers, writers, and industry pros for intimate meals, live demos, hands-on lessons, and thoughtful talks that celebrate food in all its forms.
Foodfort Panels are included in a 1-day or 5-day Festival Pass, and Foodfort Specialty Events require a separate ticket.

A chance for local sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks to show off their skills. A Chopped-style cooking competition with a very secret ingredient. Come watch the action at KIN. Allez Cuisine!!

Thursday, 3/26 @ Zoo Boise | 6-8pm
A market-style shindig inspired by the night markets of the world. Featuring local chefs making small bites to knock your socks off. Visit your favorites, and find something new!
BEHIND THE PASS: DEMO WITH KIN RESTAURANT
Sunday 3/29 @ KIN | 12-1:15pm
Learn some new techniques with the team at KIN! Guests of the demo will be ushered around four stations: cocktail making, pickling and fermenting, dessert plating, and beverage pairing. Each station will include a deep dive into techniques, histories, and flavors with the team – all while tasting samples and getting a behind-the-scenes look at the KIN kitchens. Please be aware that you will be walking through the KIN space and standing for the majority of the demo time.
