Yes, we love young music fans! Children 12 and under are free to attend Treefort Music Fest, accompanied by an adult with a Treefort pass.

The Treefort Main Stage is an All Ages venue. Treefort shows in other clubs, venues, and bars are subject to all legally enforced age restrictions, closing hours, and curfews (we don’t make the laws in Idaho, sadly). When all venues are announced specific age requirements will be listed for each venue. We do our best to include a variety of programming in venues to accommodate fans of all ages.

Please contact us at info@treefortmusicfest.com with any questions. Or find your specific contact here.

First, double-check that you have your friend’s number saved to your phone, and that they have a DICE account registered with that number. Tickets can only be transferred between DICE accounts – it’s part of how we keep tickets in the hands of fans, and away from resellers.

Then, just follow these steps.

  1. Open the DICE app. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the event.
  3. Press Send ticket to a friend.
  4. Select the person you’d like to transfer to from your phone’s contact list.
  5. Then, choose the number of tickets you’d like to transfer, and press Send ticket.

It’s important that you send the ticket before the deadline, which is usually a few hours before the event, but the exact time for this will be shown on your ticket.

For registration updates please contact DICE's Fan Support team here: https://dice.fm/contact

DICE Refund Policy:

  1. An event has been cancelled or rescheduled. If the event has been cancelled, we’ll send you a text to let you know, and automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method – no refund request required. If an event organizer reschedules an event and you can’t make the new date, just request a refund, and we’ll send you back your money.
  2. The event organiser explicitly tells us to refund your tickets.
  3. You offer your ticket up to the Wait List for a sold-out event, and another fan buys it.
Not all sold-out events will have the Wait List function switched on – that’s always at the discretion of the event organiser, not DICE. But if the Wait List for an event is active and someone buys your ticket, we’ll issue you a full refund. Learn more about how to use our Wag List feature.
  4. The cooling-off feature is active
For some events on DICE, you can receive an automatic refund within a brief period after the purchase, depending on the event partner policies. Request a refund in-app or via dice.fm/refund and if the cooling-off period is active you will receive confirmation of the refund by email and the funds will be back in your account within 5-10 days. Please note that no automatic refunds will be available within 24 hours of the event start time.

In each of these scenarios, we’ll refund the full cost to your original payment method, and the money should hit your account in five to 10 working days.

All of the venues and forts are very close together and Boise has a downtown that’s flat, so getting around on foot, bike, Treeline bus route, skateboard or hoverboard is the easiest and cheapest!

You can enter Treefort Music Fest Main Stage via the Main Gate (on Capitol near the Boise Art Museum) or re-entry is allowed via the South Gate (by Friendship Bridge) and North Gate (by Rose Garden)

There is a designated ADA Entrance at North Gate.

There are two parts to the Main Stage --

  • The FORT ZONE is free to attend, no wristband is required. The Fort Zone includes access to the Bandshell stage, Alefort, Artfort, Kidfort, bars, food trucks and loads more.
  • The WRISTBAND ZONE requires a 1-Day, 5-Day or Main Stage Only Pass to attend, you can purchase one in advance here or visit us at the Box Office. The Wristband Zone includes access to Main Stage, Hideout Stage, Lookout Lounge, a Cocktail Bar and lots more!

If you’re planning on getting dropped off at Treefort Music Fest Main Stage, please know that some streets will be congested or closed entirely to traffic. The designated public drop off for rideshares will be on the North side of the park on Julia Davis Dr., by Idaho State Museum entrance.
