Slow down and take a deep breath. This gentle yoga class uses mindful movement and breath awareness to help you unwind, release tension and relax. You’ll leave feeling more at ease and grounded.
*Space is limited (60 people max). Yogafort pass holders will have priority and then first come, first serve.
**Public parking is highly limited! Consider ride share, walking, or biking. Parking is available on streets and the old Roots parking lot on Chinden Blvd and 34th St. DO NOT PARK IN THE LOT IN FRONT OF THE STUDIO.
