Shaped by the artistic vision of choreographer, Lauren Edson and composer, Andrew Stensaas, LED weaves movement, original music, captivating storytelling, and striking visuals into richly cinematic worlds. Proudly based in Garden City, Idaho, LED is a dance company, a music project, a film studio, and so much more. Named by Dance Magazine as one of “25 to Watch” and praised as “virtuosic eye-candy that invites the audience into another world,” LED’s original creations for stage and screen have been presented nationally at some of the country’s most prestigious venues and festivals, including Jacob’s Pillow Dance, White Bird, The Kennedy Center, and the Winspear Opera House, among others. LED continues to redefine what an artistic encounter can be, while playing a vital role in putting Boise on the map as a thriving cultural hub.
