Behind the Pass: Demo with KIN Restaurant

Learn some new techniques with the team at KIN! Guests of the demo will be ushered around four stations: cocktail making, pickling and fermenting, dessert plating, and beverage pairing. Each station will include a deep dive into techniques, histories, and flavors with the team - all while tasting samples and getting a behind-the-scenes look at the KIN kitchens. Please be aware that you will be walking through the KIN space and standing for the majority of the demo time.
