Rory Scovel
Los Angeles, CA
Laugh, cry, and cringe in secondhand embarrassment with comedic genius Rory Scovel!
Rory Scovel is an actor, comedian, and writer. His latest comedy special RORY SCOVEL: RELIGION, SEX, AND A FEW THINGS IN BETWEEN was released earlier this year, which Pitchfork called an “early contender for best comedy special of the year.” You may recognize him from appearances on many streaming platforms, for his performance in Babylon (the cast earned a Screen Actors Guild nomination for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture) or for his appearances in The Eric Andre Show (which he also wrote for).
Catch him one night only, Saturday March 29th at The Egyptian Theatre. Balcony is reserved for Treefort wristband holders, with free entry (but first come, first serve). Front row and main floor are available for purchase. Doors open at 7pm, with the show starting at 8pm. Please note, this show is 18+
CURTIS COOK
Los Angeles, CA
Curtis Cook is a standup comedian and WGA Award-nominated writer who has puked after a keg stand on a show called Flophouse, traveled through an Ebola checkpoint for a segment on Vice News, appeared on IFC’s Portlandia, performed standup on Comedy Central, and been featured on Vulture’s annual Comedians You Should & Will Know list.
In addition to performing, Curtis has written for the reboot of Crank Yankers, the Imagen Award winning comedy This Fool on Hulu, the NAACP Award winning series Survival of the Thickest on Netflix, the GLAAD nominated American Dad on TBS, and the upcoming show Adults on FX. Says Cook, “I can also say that my work has appeared on Fox, but only because one time Tucker Carlson did a whole segment about how much he hates my guts. Jokes on you, White Louis Farrakhan, ‘cause now I get to use the Fox logo when I promote my events!”
You can see Curtis on both Friday and Saturday nights of Comedyfort, headlining shows at BCT each night.

Wally Baram
Los Angeles, CA
Wally’s comedy brings a unique perspective on the strange banalities of entering the adult world as well as growing up with a strong multi-cultural/Mexican-Syrian identity. She is also, unfortunately, Gen-Z.
Wally Baram is a Mexican-Syrian stand-up comedian, writer, and actress in Los Angeles. She has performed stand-up on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and was selected for the prestigious Just for Laugh’s New Face Showcase in 2020. Wally performs regularly at clubs and venues across the country. She’s also written for notably hilarious TV shows, including: Shrinking, What We Do in the Shadows, BETTY, Sprung, and the upcoming Netflix series, NEON.
Sophie Hughes
Boise, ID
Sophie Hughes is trans. It’s adorable. Let’s talk about it, no?
But don’t worry, her mix of personal anecdotes, absurd observations, and good old fashioned punchlines will defy even the grouchiest of grumps not to laugh. Sophie can connect with audiences both on serious and lighthearted topics because she is an unstoppable force of likability. A full-blown sociable tsunami, when Sophie’s headed your way, and there’s nothing you can do but soak in the charm.
In addition to being the 2024 Comic of the Year, Sophie is a Boise Native, nationally touring, and the former comedy manager of Liquid Laughs. She has performed at Limestone Comedy Fest, Laugh Factory, and been featured on Politically Re-Active with W. Kamau Bell and Hari Kondabolu.

Milan Patel
Los Angeles, CA
Patel’s comedy act is a mix of dead-pan joke delivery, absurd act outs, and keen observations.
Milan Patel is an LA based stand-up comedian who performed at the 2024 Netflix is A Joke Comedy Festival. Recently, he booked a role on an upcoming Netflix animated show with Executive Producers Greg Daniels and Mike Judge and performed on Adam McKay’s live show with Hannah Einbinder. He has been featured at the Bumbershoot Music Festival and comedy festivals such as The Big Sky, Bergamot, Desi, and Bridgetown.
