ARTIST CHECK-IN

Located at The Basque Center (2nd floor)

Due to the historical nature of The Basque Center, there is no elevator access to Artist Check-in. Please advance with Cara (artists@treefortmusicfest.com) to make alternative arrangements if needed. Please note that one member can check in for the entire band.

Please arrive during these hours ONLY to receive your artist bag and packet with festival wristbands and drink tickets.

Each BAND gets 3 door guest passes for their set. Please submit those to your venue manager day of show.

ARTIST CHECK-IN FAQ

Q. Does every band member have to be present to pick up their wristband
A. We encourage every band member to come pick up their wristbands together as a band. If that is not possible, one or more members can pick up the packet for the whole group, or members can check in individually. Please note that wristbands go on your left wrist and you are responsible for not losing your wristbands if picking up for the group.

Q. We can not make it to artist check-in during the operating hours, what should we do?
A. Please reach out to Cara at artists@treefortmusicfest.com and make alternative arrangements if you are not going to make it before closing. We ask that you please do this ahead of time.

Q. Are our wristbands good for the full festival?
A. Artists receive a 5-day GA wristband that are good for all shows, forts, and festival content. It does NOT get you any line privileges at venues or backstage access (outside of the shows you are playing). Every artist will receive a separate wristband to access the Artist Lounge.

Q. We had a change in our band lineup and need to swap a name, how do we do that?
A. FIRST make sure you have filled out the ARTIST ADVANCE FORM. If you have already submitted the form, then please email Cara at artists@treefortmusicfest.com with the details of the name swap (band name, new name, who they are replacing).

Q. How do guest passes work?
A. Every BAND (not band member) will get 3 guest passes for entry into the show they are playing. Once you get to the venue you are playing at, please give your 3 names to your venue manager and they will add them to the door list. Guest passes are not valid for any line privileges and will have to follow all festival rules and venue regulations (21+ etc.. ).
