STORYFORT
Join local activists working on immigration, environmental justice, DACA, and indigenous issues as they reflect on the way COVID made these issues more apparent to the larger society, and how COVID influenced their political activism during this time. This event will be held at Idaho State Museum* at noon.
Head to 10th Street Station for Backstage Pass: Stories of Music, Moshpits, and Mayhem at 5pm. Five industry insiders and hardcore fans tell all about the wild and unforgettable shows, artists, and intimate encounters.
FOODFORT
Start the fest off right with Street Eats, a market-style shindig inspired by the night markets of the world at the Alefort Tent 5:30-7:30pm. Foodforters can graze on bites from Amano, The Lively, The Hyde House, Wild Root, Adelfa’s Comida Cubana, Saint Lawrence Gridiron, the Boise Co-op, Sunshine Space Cafe, and Mai Thai, with dessert provided by Figgy Bakes. Just writing this makes us drool a little.
*ticket required with or without a festival wristband*

Rupaul’s Drag Race Season 13 runner-up Kandy Muse is ready to join a cast of local queens and kings at The Balcony to help us get Dragfort started in style!
