Join us at Treefort Music Hall on November 20th for the Boise Premiere of East Forestâs âMusic for Mushroomsâ screening + concert. This is a one-night-only screening, and the only time you’ll get to see the film and experience a live performance by East Forest! You can purchase a GA ticket and bring items to cozy up on the floor (just like at a ceremony concert) or purchase a seat at the railing or a table.

Experience coherence & presence at Sacred Heart: Reverence through yoga + sound bath. Breathe through a yoga flow with Marcy Midnight, followed by a restorative sound bath journey with Emily Clark.
A transformative yoga and sound event that will guide you from your heart to the Divine. Through four rounds of progressive namaskars (salutations), we’ll honor the self, others, the planet, and the infinite.
Utilizing vinyasa as a movement meditation, we will gently peel back the layers that block the experience of boundless joy and gratitude. OM chanting will be woven throughout to clear and align the heart and mind, bringing self and other into a state of coherence and full presence.
The practice will culminate in a 60-minute harmonizing sound bath, where the vibrations of vocal intonation, crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments will wash over you, deepening your relaxation and integrating the heart-opening energy of the session.
