Shadow Work
Sourcing their name from the lexicon of Carl Jung, Shadow Work channels a novel form of dark indie pysch-rock, permeated with themes of spiritual rebirth and a reckoning with the hidden aspects of the psyche.
The trio (vocalist/guitarist Rafael Nava, bassist Joseph Szlanic, and drummer Ben Zickau) quickly garnered an avid following with their debut EP "Robben Island," touring regionally with notable local acts. Propelled by a mutual ambition to write and perform with equal momentum, they matured as a unit within a diligent DIY work ethic and a spirited, high-energy live performance.
Now a seasoned touring act bringing their sophomore release "Imago" to stages across the United States, shadow work will embark on their first European tour in May 2024. Follow their socials for show dates, releases, and more.
