I have been a yoga teacher since 2003, receiving my certification in an Iyengar and Ayurvedic based teacher training at Seven Centers in Sedona Arizona. Since then, I have become a slightly more eclectic, having participated Ashtanga workshops to the Pranayama certification from Integrative Yoga with Don and Amba Stapleton and numerous others. Since 2020, after becoming a Medical Support Clinical Hypnotherapist, positive affirmations and intentions have become infused throughout my yoga teachings and practice.
