Michelle is an east-coaster who currently resides in Seattle, WA and does Radio Promotions and A&R for the iconic indie label Sub Pop Records. She got her start at Michigan State University as the Music Director at WDBM and after moved on to work in radio promotions at music marketing agency The Syndicate in Weehawken, NJ. When Michelle isn't gabbing about Sub Pop tunes on the phone or out at a show or session with one of her bands, she's likely to be found watching a horror movie and snuggling her dog Frankie Bean (who is in no way associated with Kurt Cobain or his daughter, she swears).
