Micah Hetherington is a long-time Boise resident with a passion for local history preservation. Micah is currently a Public History graduate student at Boise State University, and he plans on his Masters research project to discuss the history of LGBTQ+ inmates at the Old Idaho Penitentiary, which operated from 1872 to 1973. In his free time, Micah enjoys gardening, fishing, biking, and going to antique stores.
