🏠 Nashville, TN Mac grew up in Northern California, where her love for music blossomed amidst the redwoods of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Her music is distinctly Californian, with her biggest influences being the Laurel Canyon greats Linda Ronstadt and Gram Parsons. Mac has crafted her own style though, with a strong emphasis on songwriting rooted in her experiences with love, loss, and tranquility. After years of living in Portland, Oregon she is now based in Nashville, Tennessee, where Mac brings her heartfelt performances to local dives and honky tonks. When she performs, she pins her heart to her collar and shares her wit and charms that transcend the stage and grab hold of the hearts of all who bear witness. Her debut record Never Made Much of a Lover, demonstrates her strong identity as a songwriter and devout follower of the Cosmic American Music tradition.
