Litsa Manolis is a Greek-American woman who is the co-owner of Sofia’s Greek Bistro, a local restaurant in Boise, Idaho. Her heart is focused on creating meaning and contributing to positive social change. Litsa is a curious person who flourishes in exploring self-expression through several different modalities. Such as teaching, writing, designing, painting, story-telling, and cooking. This desire lends itself perfectly to her career as a chef and restaurant owner. She is most fulfilled when she is mentoring others and team building. She finds a sense of harmony in nurturing others. Litsa is most proud of developing an enduring self-compassion, which she believes has translated into her ability to show a deep dedication to compassion for others. Litsa is currently inspired by exploring and sharing her recently adopted whole food plant based lifestyle. Her goal is to contribute to a more peaceful and loving world through art, activism, food, and togetherness.
