JÜN

Boise, ID

Meet JÜN — an R&B/hip-hop/indie project born five years ago in Boise, Idaho, and led by frontman Jun Campion. What started as a genre-bending experiment quickly became its own lane: smooth R&B grooves, hip-hop energy, and indie soul, all stitched together with strings.

Before the beats, there was the viola. Jun’s orchestral roots run deep, and strings have been an integral part of JÜN’s sound and live shows since day one—sometimes lush and cinematic, sometimes raw and intimate, always intentional.

Rounding out the group is a lineup that brings both serious chops and real personality. Keandra Harris holds it down on violin and viola, bringing classical firepower to the stage. Alex Post is on drums, a pocket-locked beat specialist. On guitar is Tyler Abromeit, lovingly known as the arms of the group—bringing big tone, big energy, and, yes, famously huge arms.

Pulling inspiration from SZA, Dominic Fike, BLXST, and Bon Iver, JÜN lives in the space between vulnerability and confidence, melody and rhythm, head-nodding and heart-hitting. The result is a sound that bends genres without breaking them—and a live show that’s equal parts soulful, cinematic, and unforgettable.

JÜN isn’t chasing a trend.
They’re building a mood.
