Jenn Crawford is a certified Yoga instructor and owner of Zen Riot Studio in Boise. She aims to support a community that is united by leading healthy, happy, body-positive lifestyles. Jenn hopes to lead a practice that feeds the soul through body and breath awareness and emphasizes that the physical postures themselves are a way to nourish the vehicle our soul travels in. She looks forward to meeting, practicing with, and guiding the wonderful people in the community.
