Jon Gabrus is a comedian & podcaster from Long Island. He hosts High & Mighty (400+ eps!) & ActionBoyz (actionboyz.biz). He's been around for a while and done a bunch of TV stuff too, most recently he was the host of 101 Places to Party Before You Die (now on HBOMax). He can also be seen performing comedy around LA and looking at his phone in between sets at the gym. Gabrus' interests are all over the place...and so is this podcast. He interviews friends and celebrities, some who are both. About the kind of stupid stuff that a nerd/meathead/manchild would be into. Tangents are not only allowed, they are encouraged.
