Francesca Kritikos

Francesca Kritikos is a Greek-American poet. Her latest book, The season of lilacs is monstrous, was published in October 2025 by Blush Lit. She is also the author of SWEET BLOODY SALTY CLEAN (Feral Dove, 2023), Exercise in Desire (Vegetarian Alcoholic Press, 2022) and Animals Don't Go To Hell (Bottlecap Press, 2021).
Her writing has been published in English, French and Greek in Hobart, Dream Boy Book Club, Spectra, ITERANT, Soft Union, The London Magazine, The Tiny, Hot Pink Mag and elsewhere.
She has been interviewed by the Chicago Reader and The Lives of Writers podcast, among others, and has been invited to participate in events at the Ruth Stone House in Goshen, Vermont, Storyfort in Boise, Idaho, and elsewhere.
She was educated at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England.
In 2022, she founded SARKA, a journal and small press focused on writing of the flesh.
