Darren Koontz is a Co-Founder of Mavik Ventures, a leading Talent Acquisition solution that pairs technology with the human element of recruiting. Darren has been in the recruiting world for almost 10 years and has helped many startups, mid-size and post-IPO companies structure and scale their Talent and Recruiting organizations. Before recruiting Darren played Football at Boise State University under Chris Petersen, he played Defensive Line and helped lead the Broncos to 5 Conference Championships and 4 Post Season bowl games including the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.
