Cody Pendant is a notorious "park-and-bark"er who has been in the Boise scene for over two years. She loves to be silly and dress savvy while hanging out with her friends. She self-describes as Boise's Personality Disorder Extraordinaire and has yet to meet anyone who disagrees. This is her first experience performing in Treefort, and she couldn't be more excited!
