Christina is a 500hr qualified Yoga teacher native to Boise, Idaho. Trained internationally with inspirational teachers Christina believes yoga is for every BODY. Expect to be guided through postures with a compassionate voice coupled with concise language. Her classes are powered by music and a drive to dive into a meditative frame of mind that can only come from a sweaty vinyasa flow! Christina teaches regularly in Boise, Idaho at Hollywood Market Yoga co-leading teacher trainings, retreats, mentoring new teachers & she is the host of a light hearted podcast called ‘Overheard at Yoga.’
