I am a 200 hour certified yoga teacher completing my first training in 2020 and my second training in 2022. I have a passion for helping others find confidence, a sense of self, and peace on their mat. I have been practicing for 10 years and have tried all kinds of yoga but slow flow/yin is probably my favorite. I also have training in trauma informed yoga, nutrition, ayurveda, yoga nidra, and herbalism. I completed my masters degree in 2021 in nutrition and natural medicine. I am also working on honing my intuitive energy/tarot reading skills. I love teaching and sharing the gift of yoga - particularly to beginners!
