Learn some new techniques with the team at KIN! Guests of the demo will be ushered around three stations: cocktail making with bartender Tyler Cook, hand-cut udon noodles with James Beard Award-winning Chef Kris Komori, and pastry plating with pastry chef Erika Claassen. Each station will include a deep dive into techniques, histories, and flavors with the team - all while tasting samples and getting a behind-the-scenes look at the KIN kitchens. Please be aware that you will be walking through the KIN space and standing for the majority of the demo time. Non-alcoholic cocktails and vegan noodle options will be available.
