Important Pass and Ticket Info!

If you purchased a Single Day Festival Pass or a Main Stage ticket, you must redeem the ticket on the day of your purchase; a Sunday Pass will not be issued on Friday, etc. 4Day and VIP passes can be issued at any time during Box Office hours.

Alefort ticket holders will be issued a Friday Main Stage ticket when their Alefort ticket is presented at the Main Stage Box Office on Friday. The Alefort ticket will remain in your posessession until Alefort opens on Saturday, when it can be redeemed for beer tokens.

Print At Home tickets do not require ID but will expedite your transaction. If you chose Will Call or lost your PAH ticket, we can also issue your passes if you present a valid ID. If you purchased more than one pass or ticket, all parties must be present to redeem your passes! We cannot send you away with un-attached wristbands, but we will happily leave the remaining tickets for your friends or family as a Will Call option for them to pick up at a later time.

Late-Night Pickup

If you are arriving at the festival outside of regular Box Office hours, you can arrange for late-night pickup of your passes. Each night of the festival, late-night pickup begins at 10pm and goes until 1am the following day. You must pre-register for late-night pickup. Anyone who has not registered prior to March 19th must pick up passes during regular Box Office hours. Click here to sign up for late-night pass pickup.

Pass Details

All the passes say "as capacity permits."
What does that mean?

Regardless of what pass you have, the best way to ensure you will see your favorite acts is to show up early! Treefort is all about seeing great bands in small venues. As a result, venues will fill up from time to time over the course of the festival. If a venue is full, we can't let you in until another fan leaves the venue (it's a legal thing).

If you have a General Admission Pass you'll need to get in line outside the venue (if there is one) and wait until another fan leaves the venue. The door staff will admit passholders as others leave on a one-out, one-in basis.

If you have a VIP Pass you simply walk to the front of the line, show your VIP Pass, and wait until another fan leaves the venue. The door staff will admit VIP passholders in a priority position on a one-out, one-in basis.

We will have line attendants outside of every venue informing you of estimated wait times, waits (or lack thereof) at nearby venues, and escorting VIP passholders to the front of the line.

Single Day Passes

Single Day Passes are now available for $40-$50 each day. Single Day passes entitle you to the same privileges as a 4-Day General Admission pass on the day the Single Day pass was purchased for. Single Day passes are available in very limited quantities.

Main Stage Ticket

Main Stage Tickets are available now for $30. Main Stage Tickets are valid for Friday, March 22nd, Saturday, March 23rd, and Sunday, March 24th. Unlike other Treefort passes, a Main Stage Ticket guarantees admission to the Main Stage on the day the ticket was purchased for. The Main Stage Ticket is not valid for any other Treefort Music Fest venues and is only valid on the day listed on the ticket. Please note that Main Stage shows only go until 10pm.

Door Sales / Individual Show Tickets

Capacity at Treefort venues is reserved for Single Day and 4 Day passholders. Door sales at individual shows will be available at the discretion of Treefort management, based on capacity, after Treefort passholders have been admitted. IF CAPACITY ALLOWS, venues will admit guests at door prices of $10 or $20. Please check specific venues for prices and show schedules. The best way to ensure you see the bands you want to see is to buy a Treefort pass (Single Day or 4 Day) and get there early (when doors open).

Alefort

Advanced tasting packages are now available for both days of Alefort. You do not need a Treefort Music Fest pass to attend Alefort; admission is free to all adults over the age of 21 with valid ID.

Pricing "Tiers"

This year, in addition to the Early Bird Tier, there are now three pricing Tiers for 4-Day General Admission Passes that go up in price two times as we get closer to the festival. GA Passes goes on-sale on November 1st for the Tier 1 price of $99 and expires at the end of January. GA Passes change price to the Tier 2 level of $109 on February 1st, and that price expires at the end of February. On March 1st, if 4-day passes are still available, the GA Pass price hits the final Tier 3 level of $119.

Additionally, since most but not all of our venues are ALL AGES, we have added an Under 21 General Admission Pass that is $20 cheaper than the General Admission Pass for those Under 21 Only. This price will go up in parallel with the GA Pass price increases on Feb 1st and March 1st, on-sale for $79 initially. Purchasers of this pass will have to show valid ID at time of wristband pickup and must be Under 21. The purpose of this price level is to acknowledge that since those Under 21 will not be able to go into all of our venues, it is only fair that they pay a reduced price for their reduced access. Treefort Music Fest attendees Under 21 will have more than enough venue options to get a full Treefort experience well worth the cost of their pass.

Show Cancellations, Postponement, Rescheduling

What do I do if the show I purchased tickets to see is canceled or rescheduled?

All sales are final on festival passes and individual tickets. However, if a show is rescheduled, your ticket will be good for the rescheduled show time. In the event the entire festival is canceled, a refund will be issued for the sale price of the ticket.

It's raining outside and I no longer want to attend the event I purchased tickets for?

Treefort Music Festival is a rain or shine and event. All sales are final.

I purchased tickets to see the opening band of a show, but they have now canceled. Can I get a refund?

All sales are final on festival passes and individual tickets.

I bought tickets, but I can no longer attend the festival. What are my options?

Treefort 2013 is a rain or shine event, and no refunds will be issued for purchased passes. Don't fret, though. Passes are 100% transferable so you can hook up your little brother, best friend, or hardworking employee. Simply send us an email at tickets[at]treefortmusicfest.com and we'll take care of changing your passes over to another name.

Help! I lost my pass. What can I do?

If you're worried about losing your passes, Will Call is your best option. Print At Home tickets can be re-issued up to 48 hours prior to the event if you lost your copy and you are worried someone else will redeem it. If you have a physical pass, be sure to hold onto it, they aren't linked to your name and are not recoverable if lost or stolen.

What delivery options are available?

Passes can be picked up at Will Call at the event with a valid ID, printed at your convenience with Print At Home, or you can elect to pick up a physical pass at The Record Exchange.
