4-day General Admission Festival Pass | Buy Now »
This pass entitles the holder to admission to any of the Treefort Music Fest venues over the span of the festival, MAR 22nd – 25th, 2012. Each venue is subject to capacity limitations and entry will be on a first come, first served basis. The festival pass is valid for admission to all other official festival events and performances around Boise.

This pass guarantees admission to any of the Treefort Music Fest venues over the span of the festival, MAR 22nd – 25th, 2012. There will be separate VIP lines at each venue and those with VIP passes will be given the opportunity to enter before GA pass holders. VIP passholders will be guaranteed entry to the Main Stage as well as the VIP bar at the main stage, the Linen Building, and the Owyhee Plaza afterparty. The VIP festival pass does not guarantee entry into all other venues if they have reached capacity. The VIP festival pass grants admission to the VIP brunch at Hotel 43 from 12-2pm on Sunday, March 25th and all other official festival events and performances around Boise.

Single Day Passes to Treefort Music Fest will provide passholders with all of the same rights as 4-Day Festival Pass holders, but will only apply on the day they are purchased for. Single Day Passes on Thursday 3/22 cost $29 (all taxes and fees included). Single Day Passes for Friday 3/23, Saturday 3/24 and Sunday 3/25 cost $39 (all taxes and fees included).

Individual event tickets are available for pre-sale for Main Stage events only. An individual Main Stage event ticket guarantees the ticket holder admission to all of the shows at the Main Stage on the day the ticket is purchased for (3/23, 3/24 or 3/25). The ticket holder is not entitled to admission to any other official festival events and performances around Boise. These tickets are subject to availability.

Other Venues
Individual event tickets to venues other than the Main Stage will not be made available for pre-sale. Admission to all other venues will be strictly based on capacity, with priority given to GA and VIP passholders. A standard door admission fee will be charged at the time of the event to fill any excess venue capacity. More information to come about door prices for individual shows at other venues.

Are there age limitations at any of the venues?
The Main Stage, Linen Building, Owyhee Plaza Ballroom and The Crux are ALL AGES. Neurolux, The Red Room, The Reef and The Bouquet are 21+. All age limitations are noted on the full schedule on www.treefortmusicfest.com/schedule

Yes, all kids 12 and Under get in FREE to age appropriate venues if accompanied by a parent / guardian that has a festival pass
I did not receive my email confirmation. Can I have it resent?
Yes, simply send an email to ticketing@treefortmusicfest.com with your order details and we'll resend your confirmation email.
I threw away my tickets for the show because I thought it was junk mail. Can I have them replaced?
Tickets will not be mailed. If you throw away or misplace your print-at-home tickets, please contact our vendor TicketBiscuit with your order number to have your tickets replaced.
How do I cancel my order?

Is there Will Call?
Yes, there will be a Will Call tent outside the Linen Building.
How do I let someone else pick up my tickets?
The purchaser of the passes/tickets must be present at will call with photo ID to redeem passes.
If you need to make a name change on a purchased ticket, Please email tickets@treefortmusicfest.com and we will be able to accommodate you.
When does will call open?
5pm on Wednesday before the festival, 3pm on Thursday and Friday, and 11am Saturday and Sunday during the festival.

Show cancellations, postponement, rescheduling
What do I do if the show I purchased tickets to see is canceled or rescheduled?
All sales are final on festival passes and individual tickets. However, If you purchased a ticket to an individual main stage show and that show is canceled, you will be able to redeem that ticket for a ticket of equal value to another event at the festival. If a show is rescheduled, your ticket will be good for the rescheduled show time. In the event the entire festival is canceled, a refund will be issued for the sale price of the ticket.
It's raining outside and I no longer want to attend the event I purchased tickets for?
Treefort Music Festival is a rain or shine and event. All sales are final.
I purchased tickets to see the opening band of a show, but they have now canceled. Can I get a refund?
All sales are final on festival passes and individual tickets.
